By purchasing or downloading from Trader Forms Co. ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

License. Your purchase grants a single business a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit these documents within that business. Print and use them in your own business as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or repackage them, in original or edited form.

Digital delivery. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because files are delivered immediately, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy).

No legal advice. These are professional business templates, not legal advice. Waiver requirements, bite-reporting duties and record-retention rules vary by state, county and city. Please have them reviewed by an attorney licensed where you operate before relying on them, and confirm your insurer is satisfied.
